On our way to Riitta Moisander in Savonlinna I told Kirsimaria and
Sami about my project for my godchild who was going to marry in
summer 2019. I was working on a book named TROUWBOEKJE (marriage
book) and told about the different subjects I was using. Kirsimaria
picks up all kind of ideas and immediately she anticipate on the
idea of my used size of the painting for that book. Could it be an
idea to arrange an exhibition with us and some more with works 20x20
cm. Great idea, calling two other artists, Katrariina Kaija en
Susanna Tyrvainen, both liked to join the idea.
We ha a summer tour in 2019 with works 20x20 from Savonlinna,
Hiirola an Mikkeli and during the end of the Hiirola session, at the
last sunny day of that summer, we planned to continue with the idea
in 2020. Perita Latala joined the group
We selected a handmade Khadi paper 100% recycled cotton rag from
South India and planned to collaborate by working with several
artists after each other in the same art work. It has given series
of surprising results.
